About Anne

Anne Desorcy is the principal partner and president of the firm, practising exclusively in family law and related civil law matters. Desorcy handles cases involving separation between common-law partners, divorce, child and spousal support, custody, division of family property and matrimonial regimes, paternity recognition, termination of parental authority, and orders permitting travel with children. Desorcy was a partner with Louis-François Asselin from 2018 until his appointment as a judge of the Superior Court of Québec in 2025, after which Desorcy became the firm's principal partner and president. Desorcy graduated in law from the Université de Montréal in 2011 and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2012.
