About John

John Vitulli Jr. is the lawyer behind Vitulli Law Group, representing clients ranging from individuals and small owner-managed corporations to publicly traded companies. He also oversees and directs litigation counsel in complex commercial litigation matters, and he serves many clients as a business confidant, advising on how to structure, manage and protect their companies beyond strictly legal questions. John holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours from the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Arts from McMaster University, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2002 and speaks English and Italian. His practice covers banking and secured transactions, commercial real estate, construction law, corporate and commercial law, franchising, insolvency and corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax, residential real estate, and wills, estates and trusts.
