Adam Malek is a partner at Allen & Malek LLP practising estate law and corporate law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Bishop's University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba. He has published on new reporting obligations in estate law and on crowdfunding prospectus exemptions under the Securities Act, and has contributed to editions of the Estate Planning Handbook and How to Administer an Estate in Ontario.
