About Frédéric

Frédéric Dupont is a partner at Segal Santillo whose practice focuses on resolving disputes arising from contractual arrangements, labour relations, and shareholder agreements, as well as disputes involving commercial agreements such as distribution contracts, commercial leases, and supply agreements. Frédéric Dupont has also developed experience resolving disputes involving the fruit and vegetable trade. Frédéric Dupont represents corporate and individual clients across all aspects of their cases and has experience with seizures before judgment, safeguard orders, injunctions, and other extraordinary recourses. Frédéric Dupont was called to the bar in 2006 and holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal (2005). Frédéric Dupont is a member of the Quebec Bar Association, was selected in 2005 to represent Université de Sherbrooke at the Concours de plaidoiries en droit international public Charles-Rousseau, and headed the Université de Sherbrooke law faculty's legal-aid clinic in 2005.
