About Joe

Joe Brar is the founder of JSB Employment Law and serves as the firm's senior counsel. He focuses exclusively on employment law, representing employees in matters involving termination, severance, constructive dismissal, and workplace harassment. Before establishing JSB Employment Law in downtown Calgary, he worked as an employment lawyer at a Tier 1 international law firm and later as legal counsel to a Fortune 500 company, experience he draws on to understand strategies used on the management side. He has been recognized nationally for his work in employment law and civil litigation, including recognition in Best Lawyers in Canada.
