About Jocelyne

Jocelyne Léger-Nowlan is a fluently bilingual family law lawyer who completed her Bachelor of Law at the Université de Moncton in 2002. She worked as a family law lawyer with the New Brunswick Legal Aid Services Commission and as legal counsel for the province's former Family Mediation Program before entering private practice in 2014. Her practice consists of family law, including negotiation, litigation, and mediation, and she has also developed experience in surrogacy and fertility law, on which she has spoken at the national level. She serves clients across New Brunswick, other parts of Canada, and internationally.
