About Jocelyn

Berthiaume specializes in business law, with strong skills in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, and focuses his practice mainly on commercial, corporate, transactional, and construction law for small and medium-sized businesses. He has also developed significant experience drafting court proceedings and representing parties before Quebec's common-law courts as well as arbitration and administrative tribunals. While favouring negotiated solutions, he has the expertise to argue and plead when a negotiated resolution isn't possible. He also advises advertising, marketing, promotion, and communications agencies and their clients on the legal aspects of their projects.
