About Jean-Paul
Gaudreau has practised for many years in banking, commercial, real estate, and insolvency litigation. He has been retained by financial institutions, businesses, and trustee firms to represent them before the courts or creditors' meetings and to advise them on legal proceedings. He acts mainly in the realization of movable and immovable security on behalf of creditors in both commercial and insolvency matters. He is a graduate of the Université de Montréal's Faculty of Law (1981) and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1982.
