About Nawal

Nawal Benrouayene has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2006 and practices family law and immigration law, along with civil and commercial litigation on both the plaintiff and defence sides, at first instance and on appeal. Benrouayene has focused on work against domestic violence as well as social and youth development. The practice also advises on business matters, including disputes between shareholders, director liability, and the purchase and sale of business assets, plus commercial leasing, real estate disputes and class actions. Consultations are offered in French, English and Arabic.
