About Carolane

Rebelo practises mainly in tax law, with a particular interest in commercial transactions and the tax issues arising from corporate reorganizations. She assists entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses with company formation and organization, corporate reorganizations, commercial transactions, and tax planning in a business context. A graduate of the Université de Montréal, she completed her Barreau articling at a boutique firm in Rio de Janeiro that advises companies making investments and conducting business in Brazil, giving her experience with cross-border investment and corporate structuring issues.
