Krantz Law Professional Corporation is a solo law practice in Goderich, Ontario, founded by Joan Krantz in January 2012. Krantz grew up on a dairy farm near Stratford and graduated from Stratford Northwestern Secondary School as an Ontario Scholar, then earned a law degree at the University of Western Ontario Law School. Krantz was licensed as a lawyer in Ontario in early 1986, and at that time received the Real Estate Award for the Province of Ontario and the Business Law Award for the London Section. Before opening Krantz Law, Krantz worked as a lawyer and partner at a large London law firm and at a smaller London law firm, taught legal courses at a college, and, after moving to Huron County in 2003, worked with a Goderich law firm.

The firm's work centers on wills and estates, business and corporate law, and real estate, including agricultural, commercial, and residential transactions. Krantz Law describes the aim as not being a jack of all trades and a master of none, and says Krantz worked to develop recognized expertise in these practice areas rather than practising broadly. Krantz Law describes its approach as personal and practical, delivered with integrity and professionalism. Jo-Anne Donnelly works alongside Krantz as the firm's assistant.
