About Jillian

Jillian Foster is a family law lawyer at KSW Lawyers, called to the British Columbia bar in 2020. Foster holds a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University (2019) and a Bachelor of Legal Studies with distinction from Capilano University (2014). Foster has practised divorce and separation, property division, child and spousal support, parenting arrangements, and cohabitation and separation agreements from the Abbotsford office since August 2024, with courtroom experience.
