About Jessica

Jessica J. Lee is an associate of Henderson Tuck, practising corporate and commercial law, family law, real estate, and wills and estates. Born and raised in Brockville, she earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, with a minor in psychology, from the University of Waterloo in 2009, and later obtained her law degree from Bond University in 2017, graduating with distinction and a first-in-class achievement award. Her corporate work includes tax reorganizations, asset and share transactions, dissolutions, and incorporations, and her family law practice focuses on resolving matters outside of court while also advocating for clients in the Superior Court of Justice. She lives in Ottawa and regularly meets clients in Brockville.
