About Jérôme

Jérôme Beaudry is a proactive lawyer who has advised many clients across various industries on large-scale transactions. He began at Bernier Beaudry as an articling student before becoming a lawyer, shareholder, and eventually president, taking over the firm from his father in 2017 after training at the École d'Entrepreneurship de Beauce. Beaudry's practice covers corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, business purchases and sales, incorporations, and asset and share purchases. He is a member of the Chambre de commerce de Québec and the Chambre de commerce de Lévis, and sits on the visionary committee of the Fondation Québécoise du Cancer.
