About Jeremy
Jeremy West is Group Practice Leader and Partner of Watson Goepel's Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, with over 25 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring, commercial disputes, real property litigation, corporate disputes, and injunctive relief. He practised for eight years in New Zealand before moving to Vancouver, and has appeared at trial and appellate levels in New Zealand, British Columbia, and Alberta. Jeremy earned his LL.B. from Victoria University in New Zealand in 1996, was called to the bar in New Zealand in 1997, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006 after completing his Certificate of Qualification through the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.
