About Jennifer

Jennifer S. Russell is a partner at Roper Greyell practising employment, labour, and human rights law for public and private sector employers, representing clients before courts of all jurisdictions in British Columbia and Canada, arbitration, the Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, and appellate advocacy and judicial review. She conducts workplace investigations, including sensitive bullying and harassment matters, and represents clients as spokesperson during collective bargaining. She holds a BA (Hons) in Environmental Sciences and History from Queen's University, an LLB from UBC, and a Diploma in Natural Resources Law from the Dr. Andrew R. Thomson Natural Resources Law Program. She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2005.
