About Jenna

Jenna Anne de Jong is a litigator and negotiator representing clients in commercial and regulatory disputes and arbitrations. She advises on access to information requests under federal and provincial legislation, the Lobbying Act, and election finance laws. She also assists clients with internal investigations, codes of ethics development, and training on the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act and the Competition Act. She has acted in domestic and international arbitrations involving shipbuilding, charter party and ship sale disputes.
