About Jeffrey

Jeffrey Kramer is the senior partner of the firm and has been certified as a civil litigation specialist since 1997. His practice centres on commercial litigation, with particular focus on disputes among shareholders and partners, insolvency issues, and professional negligence claims, and he frequently appears before both the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He has taught law at the University of Toronto, instructed in the Bar Admission Course, and chaired conferences on professional negligence and debt collection. He graduated from the University of Toronto in 1978 with an honours degree in philosophy, earning the Governor General's Medal, and completed Osgoode Hall Law School in 1983. He withdrew from practice in July 2014 due to a health problem and remains on extended medical leave.
