About Micheal
Micheal earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and political science from York University in 1994 and his LLB from Osgoode Hall in 1997, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1999. He articled and spent 15 years as a partner at a mid-size Toronto firm before founding Kramer Simaan Dhillon LLP as its managing partner. His commercial and civil litigation practice covers estate and will disputes, shareholder and partnership actions, securities litigation, debtor and creditor rights, employment law, and defamation claims. Micheal has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and is known particularly for his trial work. He belongs to the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Advocates' Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
