About Jeffrey

Jeffrey Kahane founded Kahane Law Office in 2004 after articling and working in the legal department of Canadian Pacific Limited, and then practicing real estate law at Donahue, Ernst & Young, where he worked on major real estate transactions. He focuses on real estate and wills and estates law, and the firm he built has handled well over a billion dollars in real estate transactions. He was appointed King's Counsel for his experience in real estate law and his community contributions, and received the Alberta Centennial Medal for volunteer leadership. He also received the Commitment to CREB Award in 2022 and is an Honourary Lifetime Member of the Calgary Real Estate Board. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary, and graduated from law school at the University of Calgary in 2000.
