About Jean

Jean Morissette has practiced law since 1983 and has been a mediator since 1993, with accreditation in civil, commercial and family matters. He completed a graduate diploma in dispute prevention and resolution from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2002. His practice has covered civil liability, family and matrimonial law, insurance law, real estate and construction law, and criminal matters, and he has represented many foreign nationals with financial and real estate affairs in the Laurentides region. He also acts as an arbitrator in construction (GAMM) and automobile (PAVAC) disputes and in private matters where parties designate him to render a final decision.
