About Mathieu

Mathieu Robillard practices business law, real estate law, corporate restructuring and insolvency, construction law and municipal law. He is known for distilling complex legal issues into clear strategies and for finding creative solutions for clients. During his history and law studies at the Université de Montréal he made the Dean's list and won two excellence prizes in municipal law, and was elected vice-president of the faculty's student association. He has represented companies in major real estate transactions, advised businesses and individuals through insolvency restructurings, and regularly acts as strategic advisor and counsel for real estate developers, manufacturers, resource extraction operators and financing companies.
