About Claude

Claude Prescott has practiced law in the Laurentides region since 1989 and is familiar with the civil, commercial, construction and real estate issues facing his clients. An experienced negotiator and litigator, he advises clients on the emotional, financial and strategic aspects of civil and commercial disputes. He graduated from the Université de Montréal in 1988 and has extensive experience pleading before civil and administrative tribunals, and is an accredited mediator with the Court of Quebec's small claims division and has served as an administrator of companies and socio-economic organizations.
