Jean-Francois (JF) Bertrand was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1983 and founded his own law firm in 1984, which became Bertrand Deslauriers in 1991. He is a trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience in immigration and citizenship litigation, appearing before the Federal Court of Canada, the Superior Court of Quebec, the Tribunal Administratif du Quebec, and divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board.
