About Jaspreet

Jaspreet Kaur Mann advises employers and employees on a broad range of workplace issues, including employment contracts, terminations, constructive and wrongful dismissal, discrimination and accommodation complaints, and human rights matters. She has conducted workplace investigations involving allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct, and has represented clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Employment Standards Branch, the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal. She also advises U.S.-based businesses on cross-border employment matters when expanding into British Columbia. She joined Forte Law as a lawyer after completing her articles with the firm, having previously worked with a major health authority on employment and labour mediations and arbitrations. During law school she served on the Board of Directors of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers British Columbia.
