About Jason

His practice focuses primarily on secured lending and structured finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on aviation, project finance, infrastructure and defence matters. He is chair of the firm's Aviation and Aerospace group and has represented aircraft lessors, manufacturers and financiers on aircraft finance and commercial aviation matters. He launched and co-leads the firm's Drones group.
