About Jason

Jason Kendall is a partner at Tapper Cuddy LLP, called to the Manitoba bar in 2005. His trial practice covers complex commercial, insurance, regulatory, and construction matters for local, regional, and national clients, before all levels of Manitoba court as well as federal and tax courts, and he regularly handles commercial arbitration. In 2024 he was named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, and the 2026 Best Lawyers Canada guide recognized him for construction law and personal injury litigation. He has chaired the Manitoba Bar Association's construction and infrastructure law section and its bankruptcy and insolvency law section, and has taught at the University of Manitoba's law faculty.
