About Ayodele

Rev. Ayodele Ayeni is a Catholic priest of the Congregation of the Holy Spirit (Spiritans) as well as a barrister and solicitor. His practice focuses on immigration and refugee law, representing newcomers and refugees, and often includes pro bono work for clients who cannot afford counsel. He also assists individuals and families with wills and estate planning. He holds a Juris Doctor from the Universite de Moncton in New Brunswick, along with ecclesiastical and civil doctorates completed in Ottawa, and has taught in both Canada and Nigeria on theology, law and social ethics. His practice is based in Halifax, and he speaks English and French fluently.
