About Jasjit
Jasjit S. Parmar graduated from the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University in 2021, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. During law school he volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, worked as a student case worker with the TRU Community Legal Clinic, and served as a graduate research assistant, with some of his research later cited in publications by non-profit organizations and in legislation in other countries.
