About Jasdeep
Jasdeep Kaur is the founder of JK Law Corporation, focusing her practice on family law and immigration law. Before opening her own firm, she worked at firms in Ontario and British Columbia, assisting clients with family law, criminal law, real estate conveyancing, and wills and estates. She has represented clients at the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Jasdeep earned a Bachelor of Science at Simon Fraser University, majoring in Health Sciences, then attended Queen's University for her Juris Doctor in 2018. She was called to the Ontario bar in September 2019 and to the British Columbia bar in January 2020. During law school she was on the Dean's Honour List and volunteered with the Queen's University Legal Aid Clinic and Pro Bono Canada. She also worked as an editorial assistant for the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal. Jasdeep is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi in addition to English.
