About Jared

Jared Wortzman is an Associate at Teplitsky LLP, which he joined after completing his articles there; his litigation practice covers corporate and commercial disputes, land development and real property matters, and general contract disagreements. He holds two J.D. degrees, one from the University of Windsor and one from the University of Detroit Mercy, and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in History and Media Communication. During law school he volunteered at a Detroit clinic focused on trademark and intellectual property work and clerked for a Family Division Judge in Wayne County. He also competed at the annual Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada Moot in Toronto.
