James Molony is President of MedCounsel Inc. and a member of the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar, practising through MedCounsel Law. He conceived MedCounsel after observing inequities faced by patients pursuing medical malpractice claims, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western University and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick.
