About James
James Kulla graduated from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law in 2003 and articled at a large national corporate law firm before moving to the British Columbia Prosecution Service, where he worked for nearly 20 years, including in a supervisory capacity, prosecuting offences ranging from theft to murder. He retired from the Prosecution Service in January 2025 and returned to private practice, acting on files throughout British Columbia with a focus on locations across Vancouver Island.
