James Dunphy is a partner at Wagner Sidlofsky LLP, where he practices exclusively in estate litigation and commercial litigation. He holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner designation and previously worked as a criminal defence lawyer, giving him experience with high-conflict, high-stakes disputes. He has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. James is originally from Kilkenny, Ireland, and studied at the National University of Ireland, Galway, where he qualified as a solicitor admitted to practice in the Republic of Ireland.
