James Steele is a partner and certified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) who focuses his practice exclusively on estate litigation, having represented clients in hundreds of estate disputes at every level of court in Saskatchewan, including challenges to the validity of wills, executor removal, and disputes over joint survivorship and executor compensation. He publishes a blog on Saskatchewan estate law and is frequently quoted on estate law topics in publications such as the Globe and Mail and the Saskatoon Star Phoenix. Outside law, James is a former Canadian Grand Master Fiddle Champion, six-time Grand North American Champion, and nine-time Saskatchewan Champion.
