About Jacy
Jacy Wingson has practised wills, estates, and trusts law for over 30 years, helping family members resolve property issues and disputes over estates they consider unfairly distributed. She has appeared at every level of the BC courts and describes her approach as solutions-based, paired with a collaborative style with clients. Called to the bar in Trinidad and Tobago in 1989 and in British Columbia in 1993, she received the Queen's Counsel designation in 2016 and the Selwyn Romilly Memorial Award in 2024. She's active in continuing legal education and serves on several community boards, including the St. Mary's Health Foundation.
