About Jacquelynne
Jacquelynne Clark helps clients resolve family law disputes, negotiating separation agreements and parenting plans and, when needed, taking matters through the court process. She has courtroom experience arguing family law issues including complex property division, support, parental alienation, and high-conflict parenting disputes, and also assists clients with marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, and family adoptions. She's from the West Carleton area, completed her undergraduate degree with distinction at Carleton University, and earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa. She was called to the bar in 2016 and has practiced family law since, running her own firm since May 2021. She's a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Carleton County Law Association, where she sits on the Family Law Advisory Committee.
