About Jacob

Jacob Falutz was called to the Bar in 2022 and holds a Juris Doctor from Université de Montréal along with a Licentiate in Law and an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa. His practice covers civil and commercial litigation and business law. After articling at a boutique civil litigation and human rights firm, he worked at a larger regional firm on family law and employment matters, and now appears before Quebec courts and administrative tribunals in landlord-tenant, insurance, estate, employment, and contract disputes.
