David Ettedgui is a senior partner whose practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, real estate law, and corporate law. He holds an LL.B., a Juris Doctor, and an LL.M. from Université de Montréal, plus a diploma in European integration from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, and is an accredited arbitrator and mediator. He is a member of both the Quebec Bar and the Ontario Bar, chairs investigation committees at Quebec's Ministry of Education, teaches at HEC Montréal, and served as Bâtonnier (president) of the Bar of Montreal for 2023-2024.
