About Ian

Ian Lacombe completed his legal education at the University of Ottawa. He also holds a certificate in labour and social law from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Lacombe practises mainly in civil and commercial litigation and real estate law. He has developed solid expertise in civil and commercial litigation and has pleaded before the Court of Quebec and the Superior Court of Quebec, as well as before several administrative tribunals. Lacombe has built deep experience in real estate litigation, latent defects, judgment enforcement, franchise law, and various types of urgent remedies including injunctions.
