Jack McCaskill earned his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2023 after a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in political science from the University of Victoria. He started his legal career in Edmonton at Ogilvie LLP before returning to Victoria, where his practice focuses on civil litigation, including family law, with an emphasis on practical, cost-effective resolutions. He's volunteered with Pro Bono Law Alberta, Student Legal Services' Criminal Project, the Canadian Red Cross, and a search and rescue team.
