About J.

J. William Collette, K.C., was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 1983 and maintains a bilingual trial and solicitor practice throughout New Brunswick, having appeared before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. Collette also acts as a mediator and arbitrator in civil litigation matters across the province. A past chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Civil Litigation section and a past president of the Moncton Area Lawyers Association, Collette serves as vice chair of the Law Society of New Brunswick's Discipline Committee. Collette holds a Bachelor of Social Science (1979) and an LL.B. (1982), both from Université de Moncton.
