About J.G.
J.G. (Jace) Kohlmeier has practised with George Murray Shipley Bell, LLP since his call to the Bar in 1981 and serves as counsel to the firm. He grew up in Sarnia, studied economics at Queen's University, and received his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B., with distinction) from the University of Western Ontario in 1979. He became a partner at the firm in 1983, and his practice areas include corporate and commercial law, real estate, and wills and estate planning. Jace is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Canada Tax Foundation, completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants' In-Depth Tax Course in 1996, and previously chaired the Lambton Law Association.
