About D'Arcy
D'Arcy Bell has practised through a professional corporation in association with George Murray Shipley Bell, LLP since his call to the Bar in 1980. He was born in Sarnia and received his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Windsor. His practice focuses on real estate, wills and estate planning, municipal law, and corporate/commercial matters, with more than 30 years of experience in these areas. D'Arcy has served two terms as a municipal politician in the Village of Point Edward, as chairman of the Sarnia General Hospital, and on the Board of Governors for Lambton College. His son Ryan joined him as an associate lawyer at the firm in 2014.
