About Karndeep
At Triton Law, Karndeep Nijjar practises as both a solicitor and litigator, with focus areas spanning real estate transactions and development, commercial and private lending, corporate-commercial deals, and foreclosure litigation. With over five years in the BC legal market, he advises institutional and private lenders as well as business owners on complex transitions. Before his current solicitor practice, he worked at a national personal injury firm and practised family law exclusively at a prominent downtown Vancouver firm. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Diploma of Legal Studies from Bond University in Australia, where he took part in an intensive practical legal skills program focused on mediation and complex legal drafting. He was called to the bar in 2020, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the New Westminster Bar Association. He provides legal services in English and Punjabi.
