Ira Marcovitch is a senior associate at Victor Vallance Blais who advises and represents clients across all areas of family law. Called to the Bar in 2016, he has practiced exclusively in family law and represented clients at every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and has been counsel on precedent-setting cases involving parental alienation, unjust enrichment, and the habitual residence of children. He is a graduate of Dalhousie University and received his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. He represents a broad range of clients, including professionals, high net-worth individuals, and professional athletes, and his practice spans the negotiation of domestic contracts through trial and appellate litigation.
