About Ines

Ines Ferreira is part of TGF's Restructuring and Insolvency practice group. She represents debtor companies, DIP lenders, creditors, and court officers in complicated domestic and international restructurings and insolvencies. Drawing on experience in bankruptcy, commercial litigation, negotiation, and advocacy, she works to find pragmatic solutions for clients facing high-stakes financial disputes, including major corporations, lenders, trustees, and receivers. Ines earned her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2021, along with an MA from the University of Toronto in 2014 and a BA from York University in 2013, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2021.
