About Imogen

Imogen Phipps-Burton was born and raised in the Halifax Regional Municipality. She holds an undergraduate degree in mathematics and a law degree from Dalhousie University, and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2022. She articled with the Halifax Regional Municipality, gaining experience across commercial contracts, criminal law and policing, expropriation law, human rights law and civil litigation. Since joining Farrow Hicks Law in early 2023, she has worked in property law, family law, and wills and estates.
