About Ilir

Ilir Orana leads the team at Clear Access Law, a Montreal immigration law practice. A dual citizen of the United States and Canada, he earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a dual civil law/common law degree from McGill University. Before focusing on immigration law, he worked in the US Senate in Washington DC, the Kosovo government in Prishtina, and the New York Stock Exchange office in Amsterdam, and has served as General Counsel to a group of companies and operated his own civil and commercial litigation practice. He now practises full-time as an immigration lawyer, handling Temporary Resident Permit, Study Permit, Work Permit and Investor Visa applications, criminal rehabilitation matters, and legal opinion letters on admissibility. He is a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
