About Idris

Idris B. Salami joined Hull & Hull as an associate after his call to the Ontario Bar in 2026 and is also called to the Nigerian Bar. He previously worked as an Estate Registrar with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General and at a Hamilton full-service firm, where he focused on estate administration, probate, and related files. In Nigeria he maintained a broad civil and commercial litigation practice, appearing before courts at multiple levels on disputes that included contested wills and estate matters. His current practice centres on estate litigation, estate administration, probate, and civil litigation. He holds an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School and an LLB from the University of Ilorin in Nigeria, and belongs to the Toronto Lawyers Association, the Hamilton Law Association, and the Nigerian Bar Association.
